Bilingual EN/PT from day one
Zero frameworks, zero dependencies
Schema.org + llms.txt from launch
In four lines
- Situation
- Leaving a role and needing a site that proved the thesis I sell, systems built around the people who use them, without months of runway or a dev team to hand it to.
- Task
- Own positioning, content, structure and design in two languages, and ship a site that works as proof.
- Action
- Wrote the voice in EN and PT before any code, directed an AI pair-programmer for implementation, built one bilingual dictionary instead of duplicated pages, added schema.org, canonicals, sitemap and llms.txt, and audited every link before launch.
- Result
- Bilingual from day one, zero frameworks and dependencies, ready for answer engines from launch. The same site you are reading, now with this portfolio inside it.
The challenge
Leaving a role and needing a portfolio that proved the actual thesis I sell: systems built around the people who use them. Without months of runway or a dev team to hand it to.
My roleProduct owner, writer, and QA. I directed an AI pair-programmer (Claude Code) for implementation while owning every call on positioning, content, structure, and design myself, in both languages.
What I built
- Defined the positioning and wrote the voice in EN and PT-BR before a line of code existed.
- Built a single bilingual system instead of duplicated pages: one dictionary, both languages share the same structure.
- SEO and answer-engine visibility from day one: schema.org on every page, canonical URLs, sitemap, and an llms.txt file most sites skip entirely.
- Audited my own links before launch and fixed a routing gap, the same QA discipline I would run on a client’s CRM.
- Applied the same discipline as the Axenya build: documented for handoff, adoption as the metric that counts.
The human part
The site had exactly one user to please before anyone else saw it: me, reading every sentence and clicking every link like a stranger would. Same discipline as a CRM audit, just pointed at myself.
