The Journey

From Creative Director
to Growth Architect

I spent almost eleven years at an ad agency. Art direction, creative direction, strategy, campaigns. I did it all. And I genuinely thought I knew what marketing was.

Then I joined a SaaS company. And I realized I knew a part. An important part, yes. But a part.

The biggest shift was understanding that marketing isn't about grabbing attention. It's about keeping it. In SaaS, the customer doesn't leave after the campaign. They stay. Or they cancel. And suddenly marketing extends into onboarding, retention, churn reduction, expansion.

I still use everything I learned in the agency. The eye for design, the narrative instinct, the positioning. But now those skills serve a different logic: it's no longer about impressing. It's about performing.

Building the Revenue Engine from Zero

The Challenge

A B2B SaaS for restaurant management with no marketing or revenue ops infrastructure. No CRM architecture, no pipeline visibility, no automation. A team of 10 SDRs working manually — reaching fewer than 4 in 10 leads.

What I Built
  • Built HubSpot CRM architecture from scratch: lead lifecycle, MQL/SQL definition, pipeline stages, and Sales Enablement playbooks
  • Automated lead connection pipeline (HubSpot + N8N), raising SDR rates from 39% (10 SDRs) to 95% (3 SDRs) — same output, 70% fewer people
  • Integrated paid media and inbound into a unified attribution model via RD Station + Zapier
  • Scaled demand generation: +255% leads, +220% MQLs, +182% SQLs while reducing CPL by 44%

HubSpot Implementation for a Zero-Structure SaaS

The Challenge

A construction management SaaS running active campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn — with no CRM structure, no conversion tracking, and 83 landing pages capturing data in incompatible formats. Leads were arriving. The pipeline was invisible.

What I Built
  • Full HubSpot implementation from scratch: CRM architecture, object mapping, and sales and CS pipeline configuration
  • Created custom fields covering ICP qualification (segment, company size, project volume) and UTM tracking for end-to-end attribution
  • Standardized lead capture across 83 landing pages via GTM — pixel installation, event setup, and form ID normalization
  • Integrated full ad stack (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube) into HubSpot; designed lead scoring framework and nurture flows

The Challenge

A B2B corporate health broker with a 14-BDR + 6-AE commercial team operating a HubSpot with 1,000+ properties across 5 objects — duplicate field groups, no BDR-to-AE handoff automation, and forecasting done manually in Excel every week.

What I Built
  • Technical audit covering all properties across 5 HubSpot objects; delivered structured pre-diagnostic with prioritized quick wins roadmap
  • Built Dynamic Forecast web app: real-time ARR/MRR weighted by pipeline stage and rep probability, projecting revenue 24 months forward
  • Automated Daily Pipeline Report via Slack: real day-over-day delta per deal and stage, eliminating 2-3 hours of weekly manual consolidation
  • Built CRM audit automation: daily Slack notifications to each AE listing incomplete fields in critical pipeline stages with direct HubSpot links
